Tax Collection & Compliance
Unique Wholesale collects and remits applicable vapor and tobacco taxes for the following states: AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, GA, IL, KY, KS, ME, MA, NV, NH, NM, NC, OH, PA, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, and WY, unless a distributor has submitted a signed tobacco/vapor tax waiver. For all other states, Unique Wholesale does not collect or remit taxes. Retailers are responsible for reporting, collecting, and remitting any applicable taxes in their respective states.

 

Shipping & Inspection Policy

Please inspect and verify your shipment or pickup order within 72 hours of delivery. Any damages, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported to 770-559-4216 within this timeframe. Claims made after 72 hours from delivery will not be accepted.

 

Ownership & Payment Policy

All merchandise remains the property of Unique Wholesale until full payment is received and cleared by both parties. Returned or bounced checks are subject to a $75 return check fee.

 

Liability Disclaimer

Unique Wholesale and its parent company are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or defects (permanent or temporary) resulting from improper use, storage, or transportation of lithium-ion (LI-ION) batteries or any other products sold by Unique Wholesale. Customers should have a basic understanding of the batteries they are using to ensure safe handling.

 

Nitrous Oxide Product Policy

Products containing nitrous oxide are strictly intended for culinary food use only. Misuse or inhalation of these products is strictly prohibited and poses serious health risks.

By purchasing nitrous oxide products, you affirm and attest that your possession and use are solely for legal culinary purposes. You agree that you will not use these products for any unauthorized purposes.
